Smelly Ice

 Due to air circulating between the fridge & freezer, aroma’s and odour’s are picked up from food and packaging and will end up on the ice and can make it become tainted in taste or even smell

 Cure: Empty the ice bin occasionally for a fresh harvest, also a couple of fridge deodoriser’s, one near the top of the fridge and one in the lower part of the fridge or a tub of bicarbonate soda with the lid off on a shelf in the fridge will do the same job, this will help keep your ice fresher, longer
